Shipment processing time

Orders are currently taking 3-5 working days (this does not include weekends) to be made and dispatched. Delivery is then on top of this. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping to Europe

Delivery to Europe can take between 3-5 days. If your parcel is larger than a small parcel size you may be contacted to discuss the best delivery options.

Delivery to the USA can take between 6-11 working days. If your parcel is larger than a small parcel size you may be contacted to discuss the best delivery options.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If your item has been personalised we are unable to offer a refund unless the fault is ours. When ordering a personalised item please ensure it is spelt correctly.

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable unless the fault is ours.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
